Quadient’s industry leading digitalNOW! is the interactive communications platform we use to power the digital transformation of client communications. To support this platform, Quadient established the digitalNOW! user community, consisting of digitalNOW! partners across the globe who all have experience of providing the platform for their respective client bases.
This year, the Presidency of this influential and collaborative group has been awarded to Adare SEC after a hugely successful year on the platform, with the role of President being taken up by Dan Donoghue, our CX Business Development Director.
The group meets regularly – both virtually and in person – to share successes and learnings and to create a knowledge base that everyone can draw upon to help them progress with their own digitalNOW! capabilities.
Dan comments: “To be awarded the group Presidency really is a huge honour and a true reflection of the great work that Adare SEC is doing to support the digital transformation ambitions of our clients.
“This is a truly global group, with representatives from Guatemala to Israel and all points between. My role as President is to understand the shared challenges of the group and to encourage collaboration in order to solve these challenges and to ensure that the digitalNOW! platform continues to evolve in line with user expectations.
“The Presidency means that Adare SEC is at the bleeding edge of innovation and development, helping to steer decisions that inform the features, functionality and future direction of digital transformation.”
We were the first company in the UK to adopt the digitalNOW! platform and our own success with the solution is outlined in this article which gives a real-life account of two recent digital transformation projects. As the article points out, digital transformation does not necessarily mean sweeping change. Incremental steps can be taken to gradually introduce digital interactions and to improve the user experience for client customers.
We’re honoured to be working closely alongside Quadient to shape future digital transformation outcomes.
