Awards recognition is always fantastic to receive, particularly where the awards focus on our digital advancements as a business. That was the case when we were shortlisted in two categories at the National Technology Awards, for ‘Regulatory Technology project of the Year’; and ‘Customer Experience Technology of the Year’.
Organised by National Technology News, The National Technology Awards celebrate the pioneers of technology and encourage excellence. Our entry focused on the Digital Experience project we carried out with Aon around a new regulatory requirement – GMP equalisation - and included a fantastic testimonial from Aon.
The submission explained how we addressed this change in the law, creating a self-serve portal solution from scratch which has driven customer engagement and expedited response times by removing complexity from a complex process. As a result, the burden on Aon’s internal teams is hugely reduced. By making the process more user-friendly, Aon is also meeting new stipulations around Consumer Duty regulations, which require financial service providers to demonstrate a better CX.
Being Shortlisted is testament to how far we’ve come as a business and the amazing work that our Digital Experience team is doing for clients across many sectors. We had a fantastic night at the awards ceremony in London hosting some fantastic clients. Although only a handful of our team are present at such occasions, they are representing the business as a whole. It is hard-work and dedication across the business that provides the platform for growth, innovation and excellence.
